Taste and sensoric features:
Wine with intensive viscosity and deep purple-red colour. Unique variety, characteristic with complex
fruity-spiceines and earthy aromas. On the nose are very nice smoky and tobacco tones, with a touch of black currant, blackberries and dried wild sour cherries. The taste of the wine is smooth and balanced with a good structure of soft tannins.
Food pairing: Wine is an ideal partner for wild game foods especially steaks with fruity sauces. It is a very good partner with chocolate desserts and aged gouda style cheeses.
Wine service: decanted, at 15 – 17 °C, in cups for red wine with capacity of 500 – 560 ml

The hand-picked and hand-selected grapes were gently grounded and transferred to vinification tanks. After a short maceration at low temperature, started a three weeks long fermentation on the skins. The young wine was aged in french oak barrels for 18 months.
